Shane Vogt
Shane joined Nicholson Law as an associate in 2020. Shane graduated Magna Cum Laude from Southwest Minnesota State University in 2017 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science. Shane then attended the University of Minnesota Law School where he graduated Cum Laude in 2020 with a concentration in business law.
In law school, Shane was a student attorney in the Insurance Law Clinic where he gained litigation experience while providing pro bono legal services. Shane was also a member of the Environmental Law Moot Court Team and competed in the National Energy and Sustainability Moot Court Competition where his team’s brief ranked third overall.
Before graduating from law school, Shane clerked at Nicholson Law for two years and was heavily involved in matters involving family law and divorce, commercial and real estate transactions, probates, estate planning, wills and trusts, corporation and limited liability company (LLC) formation, and business law.
